1 General Terms

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules take precedence for that particular bet or game.

The following general betting rules apply across all HeyBets products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. HeyBets does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where explicitly stated in the specific game rules.
• HeyBets reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placing.

6 Prohibited Conduct

HeyBets maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to place bets or interact with the platform.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

HeyBets reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
